Alfred Stieglitz

Alfred Stieglitz was an American photographer with a career of over 50 years. He was a great help to making photography a accepted art. He was born January 1, 1864 and died July 13, 1946.

I like this photo because the sky and the oncoming train makes the photo

This photo intrigues me because of its sky is opening up, as if the doors of heaven are opening for the new angels. The water is glistening from the reflection of the sky.

 The waves of the ocean from the boat movements makes this photo seem more alive.
